The Illinois Lotto iPhone app covers all the Prairie State’s lottery games, keeping you up to date with the latest winning numbers. Whether you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, you can download this app for free and you’ll always have the results at your fingertips.
The app has been built so that it can be tailored for your particular tastes. As soon as you open it for the first time, you’ll get the chance to select your lotteries. All of Illinois’ top games are available - Lotto, Powerball, Mega Millions, Lucky Day Lotto, Pick 3 and Pick 4. You can even choose the drawing you want for those lotteries such as Pick 3, Pick 4 and Lucky Day which have more than one a day, and slide games up and down the list depending on your preferences.
The latest numbers for all of your selected games will then be displayed on the home screen. You’ll be able to see the size of the jackpot and when the next drawing takes place, and if you want to find out more information you just need to hit ‘Draw Details’. This brings up information about the payouts in each prize category.
As well as the latest numbers, the app also comes with several other handy features:
Ticket Checker
The Checker allows you to find out straight away after every drawing if you have won a prize. It’s perfect if you always play the same numbers, as you just select ‘Add Ticket’ in the Checker and save them. You can store multiple lines, so when it comes to the next draw you just need to open up the Checker to see if you have won rather than work through your tickets one by one.
If you play Quick Picks, the Quick Check option is the one for you. All you need to do is enter your numbers and the app will show you if you have any winning matches, as well as revealing the amount you have won.
Number Generator
If you are looking for a set of lotto numbers to enter into the next drawing, the Generator provides exactly that. The numbers are randomly produced just like winning results, and it is up to you whether you use them or not. You can generate numbers as many times as you want until you find a line you like, then you can even save them to the Checker. The Generator can be used to create numbers for Lotto, Powerball, mega Millions or Lucky Day Lotto.
Choose Your Notifications
The way you play will determine what sort of information you want to know about the Illinois Lottery. It may be that you want alerts as soon as the results are announced for some or all of your selected games. Perhaps you want to know even more, such as when a jackpot has reached a particular size, rolled over a specific number of times or when a special event is coming up. This app delivers all these types of notifications so that you will never miss out on anything that matters to you.
Results History
Lottery tickets in Illinois remain valid for a full year after a drawing, so you need to be able to get the results for any drawing from the past 12 months as quickly as possible in case you come across an old entry. It just takes a couple of taps with this app and you’ll be able to see the winning numbers for the draw you are interested in.
